Did you know that Ubud is known as the artful and spiritual heartbeat of Bali? Neither did I until I did some research. It’s perfect for the intention of this retreat! Here is a little more information on Ubud: located in the uplands of Bali, Indonesia, it’s known as a center for traditional crafts and dance. The surrounding Ubud District’s rainforest and terraced rice paddies, dotted with Hindu temples and shrines, are among Bali’s most famous landscapes. The Enchanted Garden Resort is a uniquely traditional Bali wellness resort in the countryside of Ubud, Bali. Enchanted Garden Resort represents a modern interpretation of the traditional Indonesian circular house. Set amidst tropical gardens and rice fields, this property boasts a restaurant, outdoor swimming pool and onsite spa.
The rooms are housed in huts surrounded by greenery and are appointed with a seating area as well as a terrace which overlook the pool and/or garden. The private bathroom features a shower and free bath amenities.
All day dining is available at the on-site restaurant, where daily breakfast buffet includes vegan and vegetarian options. The resort also includes a big semi open yogashala with beautiful views.
Enchanted Garden is specifically designed as a retreat center, focusing on traditional therapies, spa treatments, organic cuisine, yoga and meditation.

My name is Dr. Kenael Segal. My children call me mommy, my friends know me as Kenael and my family know me as Kay. By training, I am a physical therapist, Pilates instructor, yoga teacher, and sound healing facilitator.
Inspired by the natural flow of the universe, nature has become my teacher. My 15+ year journey and obsession with healing has led me to develop integrated wellness programs that cultivate balance in the body and equinimity of the spirit. I specialize in utilizing embodied healing modalities such as yoga and dance to create a safe healing space. I work with individuals and small groups to not only recover from their conditions, but to fully heal, becoming the person they've always wanted to be.
My name is Laura Haraka and I am a proud mother of two daughters. I have a masters in Educational Administration from Kean University and have completed my Somatic Experiencing Practitioner Certification. I have also completed the Dr. Schubiner’s Freedom from Chronic Pain Practitioner Training Course and undergone the Mindful schools courses: Mindful Fundamentals and Mindful Educator Essentials. I am a Certified Breathwork Facilitator and Yogic Breath Coach.
Because of my own personal healing journey success and my professional background in teaching, I have made it my mission to teach others how to become their own healer. I now see private clients with chronic pain conditions and offer them tools to eliminate chronic symptoms utilizing their own innate healing capabilities.
Enchanted Garden Resort is a private, luxury resort surrounded by sweeping views of rice fields. This truly enchanted resort offers each participant an air conditioned, private luxury suite with ensuite bathroom, outfitted with a stone bathtub. The private property boasts a pool, day spa, cafe and restaurant for a unique, traditional yet modern, Indonesian experience.
